YAG usually meets the first or second Sunday of each month from February - December 1:00pm - 3:30 pm. Check our calendar for dates.

VBSNA’S Youth Art guild is open to students ages 11 - 17 who wish to explore nature through art.  Non-competitive, individualistic, interactive & supportive - each session welcomes a different mentoring artist and includes outdoor sketching & journaling as well as indoor work. 

As members of a nature art guild, young artist explore and create nature-themed works, and meet with guest artists of varying interests.  While the style and media varies (ex. Anime, whimsical sculpture, botanical/scientific illustration, impressionistic painting, etc…) the central theme always celebrates Nature. 

Sponsored by Friends of Volo Bog - $30.00 annual fee plus $10.00 monthly fee covers most supplies.  The following sponsors are proud to offer guild members with discounts on art materials:
