Welcome Back!

More excellent news - the go-ahead has been granted to return to limited interpretive programming starting mid-June. Programs will be limited to outdoor settings, with group size limited to 9 plus the leader. Face masks will be required when six-feet distance cannot be maintained AND reservations are required. In addition, Of Bogs & Books book discussion and our FOVB Board Meetings are being held via Zoom.

The Visitor Center remains closed.  Please stay tuned.  We'll do our best to keep you updated as the situation progresses. Meanwhile, staff are working on site and will be returning phone calls and responding to emails.

Contact us at FriendsofVoloBog@gmail.com or IDNR site staff at dnr.volobog@illinois.gov or 815-344-1294.

Patrons are encouraged to call IDNR’s Parks administrative line Monday through Friday at 217-782-6752 with questions that pertain to other parks.

Please stay well!
