Chronologs at Volo Bog

Observing seasonal changes in the bog is one of the delights of visiting Volo Bog State Natural Area. Thanks to a new installation, you can now share these delights with people all over the world! Document your visit in photos with our new Chronologs.

Two designated photo sites—one near the visitor center and one at the eye of the bog—are marked by signposts. Slide your phone in the slot to align the picture correctly, then email your snapshot to the address on the sign. Within a few minutes, your picture will join a chronological slideshow of all the pictures taken from this location.
